Przepis na chleb z gara

- 750 gr mąki pszennej typ 650
- 25 g świeżych drożdży lub 7 g suszonych
- 2 szczypty soli
- łyżeczka cukru
- łyżka oleju
- 2 szklanki cieplej wody

Sposób przygotowania:
W dużym naczyniu mieszamy wszystkie składniki łyżką. Odkładamy na 20 min. Następnie wyrabiamy ciasto i ponownie odkładamy na 20 min. Nagrzewamy piekarnik do 200'C. Wyrobione i uformowane ciasto przekładamy do gara/ szklanego naczynia nadajacego się do użycia w piekarniku. Naczynie można wyścielić papierem do pieczenia. Uformowane ciasto po włożeniu można naciąć w dowolny sposób.
Wstawić do piekarnika i piec 30 min. Po tym czasie ściągnąć pokrywkę i pięć kolejne 25 min. Chleb po wyciągnięciu z piekarnika wyciągnąć z gara i dać na kratkę w celu wystudzenia i odparowania.
